Unifying our regional MLS® systems to enhance your real estate experience across the Interior BC region.
We are now in the final phase of the MLS® System Data Consolidation project, which represents the culmination of our strategic plan following the successful amalgamation of the four regional boards — Kootenay Association of REALTORS® (KAR), Kamloops & District Real Estate Association (KADREA), Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB), and South Okanagan Real Estate Board (SOREB) —
into one, unified Association of Interior REALTORS®.
This last step integrates our MLS® systems into a cohesive platform, uniting our diverse regions and enhancing the real estate experience for all our members, throughout the Interior BC region.
The consolidation of our data, central to the success of the project, not only strengthens our collective ability to serve clients but also reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a seamless, efficient, and innovative services to our membership.

Unified Data Access
We are introducing a Universal Input Form, designed to simplify and standardize the property listing process. This form will serve as the definitive source of truth for all property data, enabling every member to list properties with greater ease and accuracy, ensuring consistency across the board.
Streamlined Listing Process
By adopting the latest RESO standards, we are positioning our MLS® System for the future. This forward-thinking approach ensures that our technology remains compatible with industry advancements, enabling smooth data exchange with third parties and stakeholders, and keeping our Association at the cutting edge of real estate technology.
